NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Everything is hand-crafted and made to order therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your size before placing an order with us.
If we supply an incorrect order e.g. wrong size, wrong design we will correct our mistake. Please contact us upon receipt of your order, any exchanges will be conditional and must be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging.
For inquiries, email us at support@fastsneaker.com.If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and details on where to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In some cases, we might charge a $40 restocking fee to cover our costs.
PURCHASE PROTECTION
Under our Purchase Protection Policy, refunds or exchanges may be approved under the following circumstances:
1. Non-receipt of the item.
2. Item arrives damaged.
3. Item significantly differs from the advertised description (e.g., wrong size、wrong design).
Please note that minor variations in design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify for a return.
Cancellation
If you accidentally placed an order or wish to cancel it, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order for cancellation. Requests received after this timeframe will not be approved, as our artist will have already commenced work on your product. Hope you can understand.
